WHAT DID PANDEMIA OF COVID/19 EJECT ON SURFACE
We talked with various experts in 2019. about changes in societies, the new social flows, current organisation of life in society and what was caused of demographic changes and new lifestyle inside families, trends of youth, transformation of earth as set of cultures in a global multicultural society and within that position of elderly and people living with dementia
The attitude of the all experts is that elderly and people living with dementia live in not a custom society for their needs, on a social margines out of social flows that they are living into a homes alone and they have difficult access to all societal, social and health services.
That kind of life is possible when people are mobile, they can care about yourself and they are cognitive capable. The problems outbreak when person needs long term care due to serious illness or cognitive decline or further deterioration the condition due to dementia.
However, Covid-19, in the most short time, has threw out issues on the surface: "How society can protect and ensure the minimal quality of life to this vulnerable group within emergency conditions? Elderly and people living with dementia what kind of support and services can expect by the society in emergency conditions?" With other side: "How to protect society by the people which not by their volition, due to cognitive impairments or dementia or because of basic needs, spread the epidemic around?"
These days, the world was abruptly stop the ordinary life due to Covid-19. The all movements, journeys, production, trade were suspended because peoples comprehended that the novel virus will disappear with natural imunisation after have been affected 60-75% of all population! The societies have to slow progression of Covid-19 to can help to all affected. These drastic bans are the results of non-responisbility politics in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, G. Britain, North America. The most of them are members of G8. Covid-19 is showed that all people are available and vulnerable not only poor part of world and that world can not response on this challange with behaviour as the virus is not between us and is not dangerous. But one thing is common: elderly are vulnerable group everywhere!
We are witness that although elderly are most exposed to Covid-19, their human rights on health service and life are jeopardized due to lack of respirators when younger have advantage to be rescued.
EVERYTHING ABOVE MENTIONED GIVE US DUTY OF ACTIVE SEEKING THE SOLUTIONS WHICH WE SHALL OFFER TO THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENTS TO ADOPT AND CARRY OUT IN PRACTICAL LIFE.
